From April 5th to 9th, the city of Seville welcomed the luxurious 64-meter-long yacht Cupani, recognizable for its retro design and bulky blue hull. Additionally, the yacht features a spacious boat deck with several auxiliary vessels and a helipad.

On February 3-5, the flagship Giuseppe Garibaldi one of the most iconics italian Navy Ship, stopped in the port of Rota. Lamaignere Shipping coordinated the operation in port.

Its the first through-deck aviation ship ever built for the Italian Navy, and the first Italian ship built to operate fixed-wing aircraft. Although she is widely recognised as a carrier first and foremost, she is officially designated as an aircraft-carrying cruiser. We share our best pictures.

The iconic amphibious military ship of the Italian Navy San Giorgio, stopped at the port of Rota on February 3-5.

Lamaignere Shipping continues working with military services in one of the most strategic points around the world, in this case, at the port of Rota Nal Base.

This ship, is one of the three amphibious assault ships maded by Fincantieri between 1985 and 1993. These ships can carry a battalion of troops, and up to 36 armored vehicles. The stern floodable dock can accommodate three landing craft.

The company has extended its presence and expertise to the military field, providing services to more than 70 military vessels during 2023.

The division of the Lamaignere group focused on ship consignment and port services, Lamaignere Shipping, has increased its activity in 2023. Specifically, it has doubled the number of calls served compared to the previous year. This is due “to the business development itself and, very especially, to the fact that Lamaignere Shipping clients are recurrent in the consumption of our services every time, very focused on Andalusia”, the operator has highlighted.

On the other hand, the company has extended its presence and expertise to the military field, providing services to more than 70 military vessels during 2023. “This achievement highlights Lamaignere Shipping’s ability to adapt to the specific and rigorous demands of the military sector, offering solutions comprehensive and complying with the highest standards of safety and efficiency,” we emphasize. Specifically, we have attended to their ships with specialized logistics such as dry docking, ship maintenance, spare parts service and any requirement that the captain and crew need. We have also carried out Ro-Ro operations and lashing of oversized equipment using cranes and lifting supports.

In this sense, the management of Lamaignere explains that meeting the particular demands of naval and military vessels when carrying out any technical management in port “requires experience and having a true team of professionals, and this specialized approach guarantees Compliance with rigorous protocols and satisfaction of the most demanding clients in terms of safety and operational efficiency is, without a doubt, a differentiating aspect that we offer to our clients.”

In addition, we have stated that, for this year 2024, we expect to continue this positive trend. To do this, we hope to increase both the number of technical stops for military ships and even yachts.
